Frequently asked questions

Is this a devotional or a journal?

It’s a guided journal. Each pathway includes Scripture references and a written prayer, but most of every section is space for you to reflect and write. It sits beside your Bible rather than replacing it.

Do I need to complete it in order?

No. The front of the journal includes a feeling guide that points you to the pathway matching how you feel today. Many readers move around and revisit sections over months.

How much time should I spend on each entry?

As little as five honest minutes. Some pages invite a single true sentence; others give you a full page of lined space. Both count.

Is it suitable for someone new to faith?

Yes. Passages are listed by reference so you can read them in whichever translation you trust, and nothing assumes prior study or church vocabulary.

Which Bible translation does it use?

None. Scripture is referenced rather than reprinted, so you read it in the translation you already trust.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes, and it’s often bought as one. The opening pages include space for her name, the season she’s in, and what she hopes God will grow in her, which makes it personal from the first page.

What are the thirteen pathways?

When Life Feels Too Loud; When God Feels Far Away; Who God Says I Am; Unfollow Comparison; You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone; Healing What Still Hurts; Grace for What’s Behind Me; Peace for an Anxious Mind; Learning to Set Healthy Boundaries; Wisdom for What’s Ahead; Small Habits, Steady Faith; Trusting God in the Waiting; and Becoming With Grace. Each one is described on the pathways page.

How long is the journal, and what size is it?

220 pages, 6 × 9 inches, paperback, with a grayscale interior.

Is there a hardcover, ebook, or spiral-bound edition?

Paperback only — there is no hardcover, ebook, or spiral-bound edition.

How much does it cost?

Amazon pricing changes, so no price is listed here. See the current price on Amazon.

Where can I buy it?

On Amazon, in paperback. All purchasing, shipping, and returns are handled there — there is no cart or checkout on this site.

Does the journal replace counseling or pastoral care?

No. It offers spiritual encouragement and personal reflection, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or pastoral care. The journal itself includes pages encouraging you to reach out for that support.

Can I use it with a small group or Bible study?

Yes. Groups often work through one pathway at a time, sharing only what each person chooses to share. Each member needs her own copy, since the writing space is personal.

Do you ship internationally?

All fulfilment is handled by Amazon, so availability and shipping depend on your local Amazon marketplace.
